You can also run defragment on your computer at, My Computer> Right click C drive > Properties > Tool > Drafragment now

After you have defragment, run disk clean up at, My computer > Right click C drive > Properties > Disk cleanup > detele everything from there.

Then run Error check at, My Computer> Right click C drive > Properties > Tool > Check Now > check both options and restart your computer.

This could help a little but Regcure can speed up your computer even more.
